Around Albufera with Miguel

We met Miguel at the port of Catarroja. It’s the most charming part of Albufera and the one with the fewest visitors. From here, you can see the rice fields perfectly, and the nets and oars are stored in the little house by the dock. Miguel comes from a family of fishermen; he knows how to cook a spectacular traditional all i pebre and will take us on his wooden boat through the canals of Albufera. And the boat, by the way, was built by him and his father.
